Refund Window

We offer refunds for paid subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase if the product does not meet your needs or you are unable to use the software as intended.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the new billing period begins, unless required by law or unless there was a billing error. You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.

How to Request a Refund

Contact toolshipstudio@gmail.com with the email used for purchase, the product name, and a brief reason for the refund request. Payment processing and refund execution are handled by Paddle.

Access After Refund

If a refund is approved, Pro access may be canceled and the related license or entitlement may be disabled.
